B2B Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made by business customers fromFancy Dress Wholesale. It does not apply to consumer transactions.
2. No Cooling-Off Period
Business-to-business transactions are not subject to statutory cooling-off periods. Orders cannot be cancelled for convenience once confirmed unless agreed in writing.
3. Refunds for Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods
We will provide a refund or replacement only if:
- Goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
- You notify us in writing within 2 days of delivery.
- Goods are returned in original packaging unless otherwise agreed.
4. Conditions
- Goods must not have been used, altered, or installed.
- Proof of purchase and evidence of defect must be provided.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after inspection of returned goods.
5. Exclusions
No refunds will be given for:
- Custom or bespoke items.
- Goods damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Perishable or time-sensitive products.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
